Terry McBride established McBride Legal in 2013, driven by a passion for providing top-tier legal expertise and personalised client service. Terry brings a wealth of experience to McBride Legal. Graduating in 1986 Terry began articles at what was then Feez Ruthning (now Allens) before moving to Mallesons and partnership at Clarke & & Kann in 1992 . Subequently , he had an  11-year period as a litigation partner at Freehills, where he built a reputation for success in complex legal matters almost exclusively in the Higher Courts. Outside of work, Terry is passionate about golf, cycling, and travel—always on the lookout for his next adventure on or off the course.

Since commencing in the legal profession in 2010, Joshua has acted predominantly in the areas of commercial law, commercial litigation, and insolvency. Joshua has acted for individuals and companies in a number of industries including retail, industrial, transport, construction, and property, with experience in both State and Federal Courts in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
