Jordan is a commercial litigator with substantial experience acting for domestic and international clients in a wide range of complex disputes. He has particular experience with insolvency, having acted for receivers, administrators and liquidators of private, public and listed companies, and banks, investment funds and companies in the enforcement of securities. Prior to joining McBride Legal, Jordan spent a number of years in London at a leading commercial disputes boutique, where he worked on high-value banking and finance, civil fraud and insolvency disputes.
